Brain Based Safety gave me practical tools to recognize and manage the phenomenon where we believe people should do something, they say they do it, but in reality it doesn’t happen.

With Brain Based Safety, we learned to recognize unconscious behavior and articulate it. As a result, broad concepts such as behavior change and culture became concrete: no longer just nodding in agreement, but developing a shared language. When you understand it, you can act on it.
