  1. Hello,
Sir you seem to have answered my question; why do people do what they do? I have been posing this question in Supervisor Training and have attempted to answer the question from personal experiences and learned experiences from others not academically. I have great respect for the formal education opinions and reserch such as you bring forward.
I am extremely interested in discussing with you the possibility for you to deliver training in another part of the world to expose others to this great topic.
